1. General provisions

These Terms of Service («Terms») govern the relationship between BizAssist.az («Platform», «we») and the user («You», «Client»).

BizAssist.az started in 2022 as an individual entrepreneur and grew into a platform in 2026.

The Platform is designed for online coordination of legal, tax, accounting, registration, and corporate management services. The specific scope of services is defined by the selected package or individual agreement.

2. Account and registration

Full access requires creating an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Registration is available to persons aged 18 or acting on legal grounds.
Only an authorized representative may register on behalf of a company.
Providing false information may result in account suspension.

3. Service delivery

Services ordered through BizAssist.az are performed by professional specialists. The Platform provides process management, document circulation, and status tracking.

Processing times for government agencies may depend on their internal procedures. We do not directly control these timelines but take all necessary steps to expedite the process.

4. Payment and subscription

Service fees are calculated based on platform rates or individual offers. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.

Subscription packages are valid for a defined period and may auto-renew unless cancelled in advance. Cancellation requires at least 7 days written notice.

Service delivery begins after payment confirmation.
Refund rules vary by service type and execution stage.
Late payment may result in temporary suspension of services.

5. Client obligations

You must provide required documents, information, and signatures on time. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information.

Submit documents via the platform or agreed method.
Keep accounting, tax, and legal information up to date.
Cooperate with our specialists and respond promptly to requests.

6. Privacy

Personal and corporate data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Data may be shared with trusted partners when necessary to deliver services.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided «as is». We are not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure.

Our advice is professional in nature, but the final decision always rests with the Client.

8. Dispute resolution

Disputes under these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be handled by courts in Baku under the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

9. Changes

BizAssist.az may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
